With the exception of Vincent van Dyson and the late Maarten van Severen, few Belgian designers have had the same international impact as their fashion counterparts such as Martin Margiela, Dries van Noten and Ann Demeulemeester. Perhaps that’s about to change. This year you can see the Belgian designer Marina Bautier’s Lap shelving unit for Case Furniture.
